We want you to feel confident on the mat and confident in every purchase. If the fit isn't right — or you simply changed your mind — we've made returns and exchanges straightforward. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to send it back for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Available for US and international orders.

Issued via email as a code for use on a future purchase. Available for all orders including international.

Swap for a different size or style. Available for US domestic orders only. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Accepted

Items in brand-new, resalable condition — unwashed, unworn, and free from any signs of use. All original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.

Not Accepted

Items that are dirty, washed, worn, or in poor condition will not be accepted under any circumstances. We honor the discipline of the sport — please treat your gear accordingly.

Restocking Fee

A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for items returned crumpled, without original packaging, or with missing tags. Items returned in proper original condition will not be charged a fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale status. These items are clearly marked on the product listing page at the time of purchase.

Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will not be accepted.
Defective Items & Warranty: If your item arrives with a defect, no worries — we're here to help. We review each case individually and will work with you to find the best possible resolution. Depending on the situation, a partial refund, replacement, or full refund may be available. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items that have been washed, worn, or used in training where the concern is not related to a manufacturing issue may not qualify. Your satisfaction is very important to us — we'll always do our best to make things right. To report a defect, please reach out via our Contact Us page.

All returns and exchanges are managed through our secure online return portal. The portal will walk you through every step including generating your return label.

  1. Visit the return portal at kingz.com/apps/redo/account/login and log in with your order details.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred resolution: refund, store credit, or exchange.
  3. Generate your return label. If you added Free Return insurance at checkout, your label is provided at no cost. If not, a return label fee applies for both domestic and international orders.
  4. Pack your items carefully — fold them neatly, place them back in their original bags or packaging, and include your return packing slip inside the box.
  5. Ship your return and hold on to your tracking number. Kingz is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Returns not processed through the portal are only eligible for store credit. Out-of-pocket shipping costs for returns arranged outside the portal will not be reimbursed.

Free Return Insurance
If you selected Free Return insurance (powered by Redo) at checkout, a prepaid return label is provided at no cost — for both domestic and international orders, and for both refund and exchange requests.
No Insurance Selected
A return label fee will apply. For US domestic orders, a return label arranged outside the portal carries an $8.95 fee. For international returns, label costs vary by destination.
In-Store Returns
You may return items in person at our San Diego store: 5710 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92123. Bring your order confirmation or packing slip with all original tags attached. Store associates can process an exchange, refund, or store credit on the spot.
International Returns
Ship your return to Kingz Kimonos, 5710 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92123, USA. Include your RMA number and customer name clearly on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays. International returns are eligible for refund or store credit only — exchanges are not available for international orders.

Once your return is approved, resolution times are as follows:

Refund
Issued to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days to reflect on your statement after approval.
Store Credit
A discount code is emailed to you within 1 business day of approval.
Exchange
Replacement order is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of approval. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your return is not approved, our team will contact you via email with further instructions on your options.

At checkout, you have the option to add Order Protection through Redo. This covers your order against theft, loss in transit, damage, wrong or missing items, and return to sender situations — with a 97% claim approval rate and same-day resolution on approved claims.

Order Protection also unlocks free return labels for all orders, both domestic and international. We recommend adding it at checkout for complete peace of mind with every purchase.
