Rejected or Undeliverable Packages
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to Kingz. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply.
If we don't hear from you after 2 attempts, the order will be treated as cancelled and a refund will be issued minus any outbound shipping costs.
International Shipping
Delivery time depends on customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their destination country.

Most orders are processed and shipped same business day. All orders ship no later than the next business day. Shipments depart from Brampton, ON via Canada Post or Loomis Express. No customs fees — all deliveries are domestic.

Undeliverable or Rejected Packages
If a package is rejected or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our Brampton facility. We will contact you promptly to arrange re-shipment.
A new shipping fee will apply for re-sent packages. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, the order will be treated as cancelled and a refund will be issued minus any outbound shipping costs incurred.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@kingz.com and we will do everything we can to correct it before the order ships.
