Shipping Information
All Canadian orders ship from our fulfillment centre in Brampton, Ontario via Canada Post or Loomis Express. We are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly as possible — with full tracking on every order.
Most orders are processed and shipped same business day. All orders ship no later than the next business day. Shipments depart from Brampton, ON via Canada Post or Loomis Express. No customs fees apply — all deliveries are domestic.

No Customs Fees
All orders are shipped domestically within Canada — no import duties or customs charges apply.
Undeliverable or Rejected Packages
If a package is rejected or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our Brampton facility. We will contact you promptly to arrange re-shipment.
A new shipping fee will apply for re-sent packages. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, the order will be treated as cancelled and a refund will be issued minus any outbound shipping costs incurred.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or failed delivery. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@kingz.com and we will do everything we can to correct it before the order ships.
