Which Kingz gi should I buy?
For everyday training and the best value, the Kore V2 (380 GSM micro pearl weave). For an all-around first gi, The ONE V2 (400 GSM). For the lightest gi on the scale, the Ultralight 2.0 (1.31 kg / 2.89 lb in A2). For a 100% pre-shrunk competition fit, the Balistico 4.0 (480 GSM).

Are Kingz gis IBJJF legal?
Most current models, including the Kore V2, Sport, The ONE V2, Nano 3.0, Ultralight 2.0 and Balistico 4.0, are listed as IBJJF approved or legal on their product pages. IBJJF competition gis must be white, royal blue or black, so color editions such as Military Green are for training.

What size gi do I need?
Men's gis run A00 to A5, with L (long) and H (husky) options in between and A6 on select models. Size by weight first, then use height to fine-tune sleeve and pant length. As a guide, A1 fits about 155–170 lbs and 5'5"–5'7", A2 170–190 lbs and 5'7"–5'10", and A3 190–225 lbs and 5'10"–6'2". If you're between sizes, size up. See the size guide.

Will my gi shrink?
Ultralight (including the Ultralight Phantom and Legends Never Die Respect) and Balistico gis are 100% pre-shrunk. All other Kingz gis are 95% pre-shrunk, so expect 3–5% shrinkage. Wash cold and hang dry to keep the fit you bought.

What is the lightest IBJJF-legal Kingz gi?
Of the gis we've weighed size by size, the Ultralight 2.0 is the lightest in most sizes: 1.31 kg (2.89 lb) in A2, the same as the Sport, against 1.35 kg for the Kore V2 and Nano 3.0.
