Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders with a subtotal of $79 USD or more. The order value must meet this threshold before taxes, shipping, and any promotional discounts are applied.

How long does delivery take? +
Domestic Shipping — United States
- Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days processing + 3–4 business days transit.
- 2-Day Shipping: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before the cutoff, plus 2 business days in transit.
- Overnight Shipping: Same-day dispatch for qualifying orders, delivered the next business day.
International Shipping
Most international orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, though transit times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees charged upon delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in the order being returned to sender.

How much does shipping cost? +
Domestic (United States): Standard shipping is free on orders over $79 USD before taxes and discount codes. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The most accurate rate is available at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
Do you ship worldwide? +
Kingz ships to most countries around the world. The easiest way to confirm delivery eligibility is to add items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. If your country appears in the destination drop-down, we are able to ship to you.
Please note that all international shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.

Who is responsible for duties and taxes on international orders? +
Kingz does not cover import duties or taxes for shipments outside the United States. All customs fees and taxes assessed by the destination country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Failure to pay customs fees within the carrier's specified timeframe may result in delivery delays or the order being returned to sender. In the event of a return to sender due to unpaid duties, Kingz will issue store credit for the value of the order, excluding original shipping costs.

What happens if my order is returned to sender? +
If your order is returned to our facility, we will investigate the cause and reach out to you via email to discuss the resolution. The outcome will depend on the circumstances:
If the return was not caused by Kingz (e.g., incorrect address provided, delivery refused, unpaid customs fees, or expired carrier pickup window), we will offer either a refund or store credit.
If the return was caused by Kingz or the carrier (e.g., an address error on our end or a carrier failure despite a correct address), we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
A Kingz customer service representative will contact you via email once the return is received at our facility.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a separate confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress.

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on items in brand-new, resalable condition — unwashed, unworn, and free from any signs of use — within 60 days of the delivery date. Eligible returns may be resolved through:
- Exchange — for US orders only
- Refund — returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval
- Store Credit — issued via email for use on a future purchase
We are unable to accept returns on items that are dirty, washed, worn, or in poor condition. Please allow 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to be inspected and processed once received at our facility.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale status. These items are clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
How do I start a return or exchange? +
All returns and exchanges are initiated through our online return portal. Please visit the link below to begin the process:

The portal will guide you through each step, including generating your return shipping label.
Return Shipping Labels:
- If you selected Free Return insurance at checkout, a prepaid return label will be provided at no additional cost for both domestic and international orders.
- If Free Return insurance was not selected, a return label fee will apply for both US and international returns.
- Returns not processed through our portal are only eligible for store credit. Out-of-pocket shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
In-Store Returns (San Diego): You may also visit our San Diego store with your order confirmation or return packing slip and all original tags attached. Our team can process an exchange, refund, or store credit in person.
How do I return an international order? +
International returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be in brand-new condition — unwashed, unworn, and unused. Please note that international returns are eligible for a refund or store credit only — exchanges are not available for international orders.

Once your return request has been submitted, please follow these steps:
- Fold your items neatly and place them back in their original packaging (individual bags, gi bags, etc.) before placing them in the return box.
- Print the provided return packing slip and include it inside the package.
- Ship your return to: Kingz Kimonos, 5710 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92123, USA.
- Obtain a tracking number from your chosen carrier. Kingz is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Ship promptly — items received beyond the 60-day window will not be accepted.
Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed? +
We understand that things can change after an order is placed, and we will always do our best to help. If you need to update your order — whether it's a size, color, shipping address, or recipient name — please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details of what you'd like to change. As long as your order is still in our possession and has not yet been handed off to the carrier, our team will make every effort to get it right for you.

How do I cancel my order? +
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. As long as your order has not yet shipped from our warehouse, we will do everything we can to cancel it promptly and process a full refund for you.

Why did I receive a payment verification request? +
Occasionally, our platform flags orders for payment verification based on certain risk indicators during checkout. These may include discrepancies in billing and shipping address, multiple payment attempts, or other factors associated with potentially unauthorized transactions.
This process exists to protect our customers from fraud in the event that a payment method has been compromised. If you receive a verification request, please provide the requested information within 48 hours to avoid delays in processing your order.

I received the wrong item — what should I do? +
We sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact our team at info@kingz.com with the following information so we can resolve this promptly:
- Your order number (format: KZxxxx)
- A photo of the invoice / packing slip
- A photo of the barcode sticker on the item's packaging
- A clear photo of the incorrect item received
Once we have reviewed the documentation, we will advise on the next steps. While stock limitations may occasionally affect our ability to provide an exact replacement, we are fully committed to making it right.
My package appears to be lost or arrived damaged — what do I do? +
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@kingz.com with your order number and any relevant tracking details. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the item and the packaging and send those images along with your order number to info@kingz.com. We will review the documentation and advise on the best course of action.
Do you offer order protection or insurance? +
Yes. We offer optional Order Protection through Redo, available at checkout. The cost is calculated based on your order total and covers the following situations:
- Theft
- Lost packages
- Damaged items
- Wrong items received
- Missing items
- Return to sender
Approved claims are resolved with a reshipment or refund, typically within the same business day. Redo maintains a 97% claim approval rate.
If you did not add order protection at checkout, our customer service team will still do their best to assist in resolving any issues with your order.
My item arrived with a manufacturing defect — what are my options? +
If your item arrives with a defect, no worries — we're here to help. We review each case individually and will work with you to find the best possible resolution. Depending on the situation, a partial refund, replacement, or full refund may be available.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items that have been washed, worn, or used in training where the concern is not related to a manufacturing issue may not qualify.
To report a defect, please reach out via our Contact Us page with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. Our team will respond as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is very important to us — we'll always do our best to make things right.
Where can I find the size chart? +
Size charts are available directly on each product listing page. We offer the following standard sizing guides:
- Adult / A sizes — for adult men
- Female / F sizes — for women's fit
- Youth / M sizes — for children and junior athletes

How do I determine my correct gi size? +
Kingz gi sizing is based on your height and weight. Locate both measurements on our size chart and identify where they align. If your height and weight fall into different size ranges, we recommend sizing up based on the larger measurement.
Example: If you weigh 180 lbs and stand at 5'10", you fall squarely into an A2. If you weigh 160 lbs but stand at 6'0", your height puts you in an A2L — size up accordingly.

How do Kingz gi's fit? +
Kingz gi's are designed with a tapered, athletic fit. The most noticeable difference compared to other brands is through the arms and torso, where Kingz cuts closer to the body for a cleaner silhouette on the mat.
If you have a broader frame or wider shoulders, we recommend sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit without restricting your movement.
Can I order mixed sizing for the jacket and pants separately? +
At this time, we do not offer mixed sizing or individual jacket and pants purchases. Each gi is sold as a complete set in a single size. If your current size does not fit correctly, we can process a full size exchange through our return portal: kingz.com/apps/redo/account
What are the youth sizes for No-Gi shorts and rash guards? +
Youth No-Gi sizing follows standard children's sizing as listed below:
- XS — Age 4
- S — Age 6
- M — Age 8
- L — Age 10
- XL — Age 12

How should I wash and dry my gi? +
Proper care will keep your gi performing at its best and extend its lifespan. We recommend the following:
Washing
- Wash your gi after every training session — do not leave it in your gym bag, as this causes odors and bacteria buildup.
- Always wash on a cold water setting to minimize shrinkage.
- Wash your gi inside out and with like colors.
- Use an appropriate amount of detergent for the load size — avoid overuse.
- Do not use bleach. Bleach breaks down cotton fibers and causes premature damage to the fabric.
Drying
Unless intentionally shrinking your gi, we recommend air drying by hanging after each wash. High heat from a dryer can damage both cotton and polyester components. If you prefer a softer feel, a short tumble on low heat for 10 minutes is acceptable.
Vinegar Soak
To freshen your gi and help control odors, soak it in a diluted white vinegar solution once or twice a month. This is a safe and effective way to maintain fabric quality.
Blood Stains
Treat blood stains with cold water and a stain remover through spot cleaning before putting the gi in the wash. Never use hot water on blood stains.
How much will my gi shrink? +
100% Cotton Gi's: Most Kingz gi's are made from 100% cotton and will experience some shrinkage during the first wash. Expect a reduction of approximately 2–4 inches depending on water temperature and drying method used.
Pre-Shrunk Gi's: Certain models — such as the Balistico and Ultralight — are pre-shrunk during manufacturing and will experience significantly less shrinkage overall.

Does my gi come with a belt? +
Some gi models include a free white belt — this will be clearly stated in the product description on the listing page. If a white belt is included, please note that we are unable to substitute a different color or size. The belt size is determined automatically based on the gi size selected at the time of purchase.
Can I customize my gi or gear? +
At this time, customization is available exclusively for wholesale customers and bulk orders. We are not currently offering custom options for individual single-item purchases.

How do I know when an out-of-stock item will be available again? +
We continuously restock the majority of our product lineup, but we are unable to provide specific restock dates or times. We are actively working on implementing a restock notification system — in the meantime, we recommend checking the product listing periodically or reaching out to our team at info@kingz.com to express your interest in a specific item.
How can I get a discount or promo code? +
Kingz does not distribute general promotional codes on a regular basis, but there are several ways to access a discount:

My discount code is not working — how do I fix this? +
If you are experiencing issues applying a discount code at checkout, please verify the following:
- Marketing promo codes typically have a 3-day expiration window from the date issued.
- Most codes require a minimum order value of $100 before the discount can be applied.
- Only one code can be applied per order.

How do I become a Kingz wholesale partner? +
Fighters Market Wholesale is the sole authorized wholesale distributor of Kingz products in the United States. All US-based academy owners, retailers, and online stores must apply through Fighters Market Wholesale to carry Kingz products. Purchasing Kingz products through any other wholesale source within the US is not authorized and is not supported by Kingz.
To apply, please complete the Fighters Market Wholesale Application and submit your business license and reseller's permit or certificate where applicable. Once your application is received and reviewed, your information will be verified and account credentials issued upon approval.
