Another IBJJF Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championships in the books... and the Kingz athletes did not disappoint!

Pans has always been a peek into what we can expect at the upcoming World Championships. And if this Pans is any gauge, it will be epic. This year, we saw returning champions add another title to their resume, as well as dark horses putting their names on everyone's lips with epic battles and emotional upsets. 

We are always very proud of every one of our sponsored athletes who go out there and represent us at the world's biggest events. And when they bring home that gold, it's even better. Here's the shortlist of Kingz athletes who brought it home...

La nouvelle année est bel et bien à nos portes… mais il n'est pas trop tard pour dresser votre liste d'objectifs pour l'année. En fait, la procrastination accompagne souvent l’inspiration. (C'est ce que je me dis souvent).

Ce que j’aime mieux que de proposer une seule résolution pour l’année, c’est de fixer une liste d’objectifs. Pourquoi? Parce que si vous avez un seul objectif, ne pas l’atteindre peut porter un coup dur à votre confiance. Si vous avez un ensemble d’objectifs, vous êtes presque assuré d’en atteindre – ou d’en atteindre partiellement – ​​au moins un ou deux. L’astuce consiste à vous assurer que vos objectifs sont non seulement raisonnables et réalisables, mais que tout succès générera une croissance dont vous pourrez être fier.
