Ordered the recommended size and had to shrink in the dryer, and now it fits perfectly.

This gi is a great fit! It’s not too tight on the hips and very comfortable. For a woman who has curves I really appreciate it not being super tight in the hip and thigh area. I received lots of compliments on this gi in class and it’s definitely my new favourite. It’s very soft even after just one wash and it doesn’t feel restrictive. It’s a tad long in the arms but fits perfect everywhere else using the chart to figure out my size. For reference, I am 5’7” and about 165lbs and I ordered the F3.
